The reason for having a charge for an account is to pay for the high speed server.

Also, there are maintenance and upgrade fees for the server.

There are no advertisements on the chat program, so we receive no income from advertisements.

So the only way to pay for everything is to charge for the accounts.

Solution:

Right click on the Doc's Chat icon on the task bar on the bottom right next to the clock and click Close.

So that if you lose or forget your password, we can e-mail it back to you.

If you create an account with a invalid e-mail address and you lose your password,

there's no way to verify that account belongs to you.

If this happens, you will not receive a refund on your paid subscription and you will need to cancel the subscription on that name to stop any recurring payments if there is one on that account.
